Shipping
Each Ori Glow order begins its journey from the United Arab Emirates, prepared with care and intention.
We proudly partner with IQ Fulfillment to ensure every delivery is secure, reliable, and fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery Schedule
Please note that deliveries are made on working days only.
There are no deliveries on Sundays, Eid holidays, or UAE national holidays.

Orders within the UAE
β€’ Tracked delivery within 1–2 working days
β€’ 25 AED shipping fee

Orders to GCC Countries
β€’ Tracked delivery within 3–5 working days
β€’ 45 AED shipping fee

All Other Countries
β€’ Tracked international delivery
β€’ Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on destination and order weight
β€’ All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation

VAT & Duties
β€’ UAE deliveries: All applicable VAT and duties are covered by Ori Glow Cosmetics. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.

β€’ GCC & international deliveries: Local VAT, customs duties, or import taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with local regulations.

Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes intentions change.

β€’ Orders may be cancelled only before shipment
β€’ Once an Ori Glow order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
β€’ To request a cancellation, please contact us by email as soon as possible



Returns & Exchanges
Because skincare is personal and hygiene is essential, Ori Glow does not offer returns or exchanges.

Returns may be accepted only if:
β€’ You receive the wrong item, or
β€’ Your item arrives damaged

If this occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return approval, all items in the order (including any promotional or complimentary gifts) must be returned:
β€’ Unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received
β€’ In original packaging with all labels and seals intact
β€’ Accompanied by the original order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
